Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled drop-off date will not be charged a cancellation fee.  If they are not cancelled within that time frame, you will be charged for 50% of your total reservation cost. However, if your reservation falls 5 days before or 5 days after a national holiday, the reservation must be cancelled 7 days before the scheduled drop-off date to avoid a cancellation fee. If it is not cancelled within that time frame, you will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost.
